OUDERS & COO (Parents Christian Education and Upbringing)  is the Dutch parent organisation that represents parents of Christian schools in the Netherlands.

OUDERS & COO is an association with a professionalised structure. Besides the governing board and the memberscouncil, the organisation has an office in Leersum with twenty employees. In addition, the Parent Academy, in which OUDERS & COO has combined its trainings and courses, involves fifty freelance course leaders.

OUDERS & COO occupies itself not only with education but also with the upbringing of children and teenagers. In practice, this means

OUDERS & COO deals with problems concerning health and the media, for instance. The organisation has its own journal - the OUDERS & COO magazine – which is read by 70,000 parents nationwide.
